Yesterday I took Peanut to Petco for grooming and a bath. The poor little guy was so scared he tried to hid between my legs as the lady gently took his collar off of him. I had to leave him there for about two very long hours. When I came back to the store after doing a few earns it was a little early so I started to look around and all of the cool doggy stuff they had there. I found a new black winter coat with a fur collar for Peanut. The coat used Velcro to attach around his neck and chest so it is very easy to get on and off. When the little guy was ready to come out of the grooming area he was so happy to see me that he was dancing on his back two legs as he ran up to me. We then went to try on the coat and it was a perfect fit.

I put the new coat on him this morning and took him for a walk and then over to see the boys off to school. When we got back to the house he ran in and jumped up on the couch and just stood there. I went over to take his coat off and he was looking at me through the corner of his eyes. I said,”Why are you looking at me that way?” When I reached down to take the coat off I realized that the Velcro strip around his chest had stuck to the coach and he couldn’t move. I could not stop laughing at my poor little friend. Peanut didn’t think it was funny at all.
